License Agreement

1. Software License

ABOV3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI-powered coding assistant service subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Free Tier License

  • Limited to 100 AI requests per day
  • Access to basic AI models
  • Community support only
  • No warranty or liability coverage
Professional License
  • Unlimited AI requests
  • Access to all 80+ AI models
  • Priority support
  • Commercial use permitted
  • Team collaboration features
  • API access included
Enterprise License
  • Everything in Professional
  • Custom model fine-tuning
  • On-premise deployment option
  • SLA guarantees
  • Dedicated support team
  • Custom integrations

2. Code Ownership

Your Code: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any code you create using ABOV3. We claim no ownership rights to your code.

Generated Code: Code generated by ABOV3's AI models is provided to you under the same license as your subscription tier. You are free to use, modify, and distribute generated code in accordance with your license.

3. Open Source Components

ABOV3 may incorporate open source software components. These components are licensed under their respective open source licenses, which are available at github.com/abov3/licenses

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Service to create a competing product
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Violate the usage limits of your license tier

5. API Usage

If your license includes API access:

  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared
  • Rate limits apply based on your license tier
  • You are responsible for securing your API keys
  • Abuse of API access may result in suspension

6. Model Usage Rights

Access to specific AI models depends on your license tier. Each model may have additional usage guidelines which you agree to follow. Model availability may change based on third-party provider terms.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
